Our goal is to help you increase your awareness and acceptance of emotional experiences and develop effective coping skills in order to adapt, increase distress tolerance as well as effectively articulate your needs and boundaries for emotional, physically and spiritual safety in your relationships. In this space we work to help you let go, shift from surviving to thriving in ways that are meaningful to you as well as integrate your intimate partners into your life.
